What Is Yoga Therapy?
How do I begin this journey?
The first step in the process is an intake, followed by an assessment incorporating the 5 Koshas, or layers of being, as a framework. Together, we will create a unique care plan which guides you forward in a series of 1:1 sessions. As your transformation unfolds, we will revise and adapt your care plan to support you on your healing path.
Please get in touch with me to arrange an intake session or discuss any inquiries you might have about this whole person path to wellness.
Let’s work together to create a plan that rises to meet you, wherever you are on your path.
